When Ari Folman’s THE CONGRESS premiered last May (and was subsequently dubbed “the craziest film at Cannes”), actress Robin Wright and director Ari Folman gave a series of interviews on the film, discussing the various inspirations for the film – including Stanislaw Lem’s 1971 novel THE FUTUROLOGICAL CONGRESS – and below are a couple of our favorites that will give you a taste of what’s in store!

THE CONGRESS is the official opening film of SF Indie 2014, and plays Thursday, February 6th at 7:00pm at the Brava Theatre. The film will be preceded by Sol Friedman’s award-winning short BEASTS IN THE REAL WORLD.
